DATA SHARING & CONFIDENTIALITY FRAMEWORK
Crawford & Parker Transit Consulting | Operational Velocity Audit
This framework establishes the security, privacy, and governance protocols governing the handling of operational data provided to Crawford & Parker Transit Consulting for the purpose of the subsidized 30-Day Operational Velocity Audit.
1. Scope of Data Collection
To execute the operational audit, Crawford & Parker requests access only to non-personally identifiable operational information (Non-PII). Authorized data points include:
General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) static and real-time feeds.
Anonymized vehicle block schedules and operator run assignments.
Historical GPS route traces and automated passenger counter (APC) datasets.
Zero-Emission Bus (ZEB) charging logs and fleet battery telemetry profiles.
2. Information Security & Processing Gateways
Access Control: Data processing is restricted strictly to Principal Consultant Sunny Crawford. No third-party human actors will have access to the raw files.
Encryption: All data transmitted to Crawford & Parker must be transferred via secure, encrypted channels. Stored data is kept on isolated, password-protected offline drives.
3. Absolute Non-Disclosure & Non-Commercialization
Zero Redistribution: Crawford & Parker guarantees that no data provided by the transit operator will be shared, sold, rented, or distributed to any third party.
Proprietary Integrity: All routing inefficiencies, timetable gaps, and battery optimization models discovered during the audit remain the strict property of the participating transit agency.
4. Data Purge Protocol
Permanent Deletion: Within thirty (30) business days following the delivery of the final audit report and the receipt of the operational testimonial, Crawford & Parker will execute a complete data purge.
Destruction of Records: All raw timetables, GPS files, and fleet logs will be permanently deleted from all active systems and storage drives.
5. Regulatory Compliance
This framework complies fully with the data minimization and privacy principles outlined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
